Customers are either staying in a remote area of the house as we clean or going for a walk so as to avoid contact with our staff. Again, this is an extra measure we're taking to keep our team and customers safe.

our cleaning methodEver since the beginning of our entrepreneurial journey, our business has not only focused on cleaning; we have also focused our service on disinfecting surfaces. So much so, that we used to have customers ask us not to use some of the same cleaning supplies that are now being recommended to use to sanitize surfaces throughout the home.
Therefore, it is with great pride that we share with you the fact that our cleaning method has not and will not change - especially during this pandemic. We will continue to make sure that we disinfect and clean your home at the same time. |

Our equipmentOne of the policies that has been in place in our business ever since we started operating was to never use the same cleaning towel in more than one home. And, that policy continues to be the same. You can rest assured that our cleaning towels are only used once. After one use, they go into a special basket so that they can be wash, disinfected, and sanitized to be used the following week.
We have also started to disinfect and sterilize our upright vacuums, small-canister vacuums, buckets, bags, and other equipment used for cleaning at the end of each day. This is another measure we're taking to ensure the wellness and safety of our customers and our cleaning staff. |

We are happy to inform all of our current and potential customers, as well as our social media followers, that our entire staff has recently been tested and is healthy. We are in the process of establishing regular, cyclical testing to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.
We have also asked our staff to immediately report to us of any COVID-19-related symptom they might have so we can take the proper steps to reduce the possible spread of the virus. In this same manner, we ask all of our current customers to notify us of any symptom they might have so we can temporarily pause our service until further confirmation.
