Routine Service

After the initial cleaning, we provide our customers the option of hiring us on a regular basis for what is commonly known as routine services.  These are predetermined cleaning appointments that allow us to systematically maintain your home clean on a regular basis.  We offer the following routines:

• Weekly (Once a week)
• Bi-Weekly (Once every two weeks)
• Monthly (Once every four weeks)

We have fixed rates for each of the routines - as you might imagine our rates increase the longer it takes for us to visit your home.  For example, our monthly rates are highest per-visit compared to the weekly or bi-weekly routines.

For basic scheduling purposes, we prefer to stick to a set day and time.  For example, regardless of the routine you choose, we prefer that we set a day and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) that we can mutually agree.  

So, for example,  if you opt for the bi-weekly service and we mutually agree that your day of service will be every other Friday and that our ETA will be between 9-11 am; then, you can rest assured that we will arrive at your front door every other Friday, between 9-11 am!
