We want to inform our customers about the impact that skipping a cleaning appointment can have to your regular service.
We have had customers tell us - particularly after they skip an appointment - that their house needs more attention in certain areas. We understand that sometimes we might overlook or completely forget to clean a certain part of your home, however, we'd like to remind you that when you skip a cleaning appointment and when we go back, we are faced with twice as much the cleaning.
We want to remind you that we send out quality feedback surveys once a quarter. We do this because we know we are not perfect and that many times there are many things we can do to improve the quality and/or customer service of our business. We are also always open to chatting about our service at any time - not just once a quarter. Please feel free to let us know right away - especially right after the cleaning appointment - if we missed an area of your home, so that we know and we can fix and improve our system of cleaning.
Finally, we ask that you understand that we are not denying your requests after you skip a cleaning appointment. However, after a skipped cleaning appointment we have to focus and work on getting the level of cleanliness in your home to a point where it might appear like we never missed an appointment. Therefore, if you ask us for an additional task or to focus on a particular area after a skipped appointment, we might have to postpone it until we get back on track with the cleaning at your home.
Up till now we have not charged any type of fee for skipped appointments. And, we want to continue this way, even though many other cleaning businesses do charge a "penalty" or fee when customers skip a cleaning day - it is beginning to be the norm in the house cleaning industry.
We will continue to strive to offer you top-notch quality cleaning. And, again, if there is anything we can do to improve the quality of our service, please feel free to let us know.
