As 2018 winds down we want to take some time out to say... Thank you! From the bottom of our heart we want to thank each and every one of you for having allowed us to clean your home in 2018 - whether you hired us this year or whether you've been with us since 1979 (Yes! We have customers going way back! You know who you are!) we want to express our sincerest gratitude for keeping us in business. Over the years we've realized that the most important thing we can do to improve the quality of our cleaning service is to ask our customers for feedback. We're not perfect; we know that. In fact, we know that perfection is rarely attainable. However, we work (and we train our staff) under Coach Wooden's philosophy: "Perfection is what you are striving for, but perfection is an impossibility. However, striving for perfection is not an impossibility. Do the best you can under the conditions that exist. That is what counts.” We want to assure you that we will continue to strive for perfection during each and every visit. And, we are planning 2019 to be an even better year when it comes to delivering quality home cleaning and customer service. Here are a few specific objectives we will be working on in 2019:

This is really great! I appreciate that Juanita’s is forward thinking about better ways to serve clients. It’s nice to know that my feedback is not only always welcomed but appreciated. Looking forward to continued great service in 2019!

I was a long term customer and you failed completely. You were over two hours late every week and NEVER bothered to follow up. And then just stopped showing up after I was a customer for 10 years. Not impressed
